Where do you get to drop the façade and be real?

As a business owner, manager, or executive it can feel like you're a duck: above water you’re looking serene but under water you are paddling like mad.  Behind the scenes things can be challenging, unfulfilling, or even daunting, but what you are projecting to the world is calm confidence. This façade means that it's easy to feel isolated and exhausted, even on a day when things go well.

And when you do want to share, where is it OK to say: "it's hard" or "I’m worried"?  If you did, who would truly understand?

Imagine feeling like you have a place you can be honest about work, without fallout or lots of advice.  Imagine having a better connection to what’s important for you, living with greater intention and enjoying increased energy and freedom.

Picture the difference this energy and happiness would make to your life and your performance at work.

This isn’t just a nice idea. It could become your new way of being.

"Katrina has a unique combination of business experience and a practical understanding of human psychology and personal growth. Her advice skilfully combines heart and mind in a satisfying blend that brings an enlighten approach to business."

Business Group Coaching Package

Join a carefully chosen group of 3 to 5 business professionals to meet monthly for six months.

Members are hand selected to work well together and you get a say about who is in your group.  Sessions are a mixture of sharing and learning. (No homework or planning required prior to each session, the only requirement, to show up as your most authentic self).

Through careful facilitation you get a safe place to share what is happening for you, enabling increased clarity and insight.  You’ll hear from others, realising that nearly everyone has a calm façade over the chaos.

You’ll get actionable teachings on how to manage your specific workplace challenges and improve performance.

The insights you gain through group coaching will equip you to be happier, calmer and be more skilful. This will improve your work performance.

Content for each session is based on group need.  Popular topics include:

  • Managing and leading, making you and your workplace more effective.
  • Finding the deep purpose of your work. Working out what you really want to do with your work life and how to get it.
  • A holistic approach to strategy, aligning goals with your inner purpose, living with intention.
  • Creating great workplaces that are both happy and performing.
  • Managing stress using mindfulness.

"Katrina has a unique combination of huge business acumen with an insight into the human behaviour, self-motivation and reflection. I love working with her and find her mindfulness teachings to be practical, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful."

What this is Not

  • Large group coaching where you get thrown together with random people who have dissimilar needs.
  • Business 101 advice that you can get from your accountant (and if you can't - find a new accountant).
  • A place where you're expected to share your secrets or bottom line.  What you share is up to you, share just how things are.
  • A woo woo group that has no business understanding.
  • An uptight, competitive group that is focused on the old ways at the cost of your wellness.
  • A place where you are expected to solve other people's problems.  It's about giving leaders space to understand where they are at so they can figure out their own challenges. This will improve your work performance.

What you Get

  • Ability to lift your game through practical teachings, tailored to what you and the group needs.
  • Trust and comradery as the group meets monthly for 6 months.
  • An impactful and manageable time commitment of just 90mins each month.
  • Careful facilitation - everyone gets the space they need, you're not expected to sit through long speeches from others.
  • Practical tools and techniques that you can implement immediately, lifting your game.
  • Guidance on further resources if you want to explore a topic more deeply.
  • A broader understanding through the insights shared by others.
  • The space to understand where you are at, where you want to go, and a clear plan to get there.

The Benefits

  • A lift in your performance at work.
  • A sense of comradery, that you’re not alone.
  • Perspective to help you prioritise the actions that will really help.
  • Meaningful presentation based on the latest science and proven results.
  • A presenter who has been there, done that, with war stories of her own.
  • Helpful handouts a list of suggested actions for each session.

Your investment

Over the six months, you’ll receive copies of all presentations, follow up emails and over nine hours of sessions.

How much would you pay for a day and a half conference? $1,500? more? And that’s to be part of a crowd, without targeted teaching and the ongoing support.

For you the investment ranges from $985 to $545.

This opportunity is available on a sliding scale because it’s important to me that everyone who wishes to, can be involved. I invite you to choose a rate that is fair for you.
