Join a carefully chosen group of 3 to 5 business professionals to meet monthly for six months.

Members are hand selected to work well together and you get a say about who is in your group.  Sessions are a mixture of sharing and learning. (No homework or planning required prior to each session, the only requirement, to show up as your most authentic self).

A typical session

  • Each session is 90 minutes long and we meet monthly for 6 months.
  • We start with a short introduction, such as a mindfulness practice (or another wellness practice).
  • Next an update on you. Everyone updates the group on how things are.  It’s safe to share, things are without consequence, judgement or unneeded advice.
  • Careful facilitation means everyone gets the space they need, you're not expected to sit through long speeches from others.
  • Learning on today's topic tailored to the group's needs.
  • Practical tools and techniques that you can implement immediately.
  • Wrap up.

  • Large group coaching where you get thrown together with random people who have dissimilar needs.
  • Business 101 advice that you can get from your accountant (and if you can't - find a new accountant).
  • A place where you're expected to share your secrets or bottom line.  What you share is up to you, share just how things are.
